DB alterante bicep curl 5 x 10 #15 DBs  (1:15 rest b/t sets)
Tricep push down 4 x 10 #50  (1 min rest b/t sets)
Military press 4 x 10 #25 DBs (30sec rest b/t sets)

Notes: sleep 7 hours, condition is tired
