Ab work

Did some ab work earlier tonight.

50 4-count flutter kicks
50 sit ups
20 v ups
20 side crunches each side
50 4-count flutter kicks
50 sit ups

50 air squats

I don't have to be at school until 11:45 the next 3 days, so I am going to do hopefully a lot the next couple of days.
